If your Mac takes forever to startup, resolve the issue by keeping lesser items on your system desktop. Multiple Apps Running In The Background. One of the most common reasons behind your slow Mac startup is apps that are running in the background.
- To find updates for the High Sierra, open the Apple App Store on the Mac and in the toolbar click on check for Software Updates.
